  1. Much better look vs GFS and 0z Euro so far. Need height rise in front. Phasing has begun. The race is on
  2. Ok there's another piece of southern vorticity and the northern vort is trying to make a move
  3. So, just early on..Euro races the southern wave out in front...so looks like the northern stream is gonna have to dig and do all of the work. MUCH different than the GFS h5...seems faster also
  4. Ok, got three tabs open. Compared the Euro to the 6z Euro and 12z Euro. Let's do this...
  5. I think we're all getting confident that there's going to be a storm,,just the how and to what extend are the questions. I take this run as a positive. We know we'll get a. new version in 6 hours. We go on until we get a relatively stable few runs one way or the other.
  6. Of course Storm II: Electric Bugaloo comes together in time for New England
  7. The storm after the storm is another close miss. where the hell did that come from.
  8. If that trough can go negative, GFS says we might be tracking the wrong storm. But blah, can't worry about a fantasy land potential.
  9. heh..the vort behind it is really trying to dig...let's see if it can do it. Trough is definitely more robust vs 6z
  10. Um, everything I said was accurate. I adjusted as I saw more. Stop dude.
  11. another northern stream vort behind it, actually looks decent, but the storm we're watching may have lowered heights too much for it to do anything. Let's see..
  12. Hold on..looks better..I'm at 171...just need the trough to go negative...quick
  13. Looks better at 156, trough is still positively tilted. Axis from SW Louisiana to NE MI
  14. It's a mess. SW energy left behind...trough broad...this run looks like shit so far
