    So at 36, so far..some noise level changes with the s/w in Canada ridging is just a hair flatter, but nothing to panic about....yet

    Hey, I got us to the promised land at 12z! That said....not huge changes so far...but we're only at 24

    What's the floor where we can say cave? Because 12z was peak, it's not going to get better from there, obviously. But losing say 5 or 6 inches wouldn't be a cave. So, what's the line here?

    Yall ready for the biggest cave in GFS history? Bout to dig into some 90 minute Dogfish and some sushi and watch the modern day Hindenburg. Not even reverse psychology can stop this beast

    Yup, but it's not the same as Euro or GFS, but will be more Euro than GFS at this point.

    It's definitely not the same vs 12z run. It doesn't look like either the GFS or Euro. Maybe something in between

    NAM def is a bit sharper out front...still not a match with GFS so far tho

    Once we created this thread, it saw and decided to act acoordingly.

    Yeah, just saw it. HRRR much closer to the GFS by far. But you know we're desperate when we're looking at the HRRR rn

    So yeah, as others have pointed out the key is those s/w up in south central Canada. GFS just merges them, Euro keeps them separate. So I guess we look for that on future runs of the models

    Remember the exciting days leading up to a big storm and the NAM would drop like 45" on us? That's when you knew it was real

    This could be the worse GFS fail I have ever witnessed. 3 days out and showing a blizzard and on Sunday we'll be dealing with snizzle. smh

    Its slightly closer to the coast than 6z, but it's unremarkable on the way out. So there's that. 18z GFS should be fun! Or horrible. But this run of the Euro ain't it

    Definitely not GFS like. Gets some light stuff in the vicinity around hour 69

    What I can say with confidence is, it isn't sharp as the GFS and probably won't have the same outcome
