So for later today and tomorrow I have a Winter Weather Advisory, Flood Watch, High Wind Warning, Wind Chill Warning, Heat Advisory, Flash Freeze Warning, Migrating Geese Warning, and Wooly Caterpillar watch. Does that sum things up?
What about a blowing and drifting acorn advisory?

I think our area may get skunked by the warm air. The storm before the big flood, Bartlett/Attitash got about a foot and CAD held strong. For us, that warm air came flooding in from the CT River Valley and then right down RT 302 and we got about 2 inches and then went immediately to rain. Bartlett may just cash in again

Cranmore and Attitash doing well. Both had 6-8 inches around 1pm and it's been moderate to heavy snow since. It's powder snow, but it's better than brown spots and rain!
Looking at the time, they probably both have 8-10 inches now since it's 330pm

7-8 Inches so far for Cranmore and Attitash. Super light and fluffy snow. Currently moderate to heavy snow falling

Praying North Conway can make out okay this week
There is 7-8 inches right now in North Conway and Bartlett and moderate to heavy snow falling. This area is doing well today. Hopefully this area will make it through the next storm cycles

Just light snow- powdery pixie dust. Bretton Woods reported 3 inches but that must be at the top of the mountain at the gondola. At 302 level I don't even have an inch on my car and you can still see my grass.
Just to make it easier, I'm calling it an inch. Just recently snow growth and intensity picked up. If we get a few hrs of this I could end up with 3-5 inches. Which is enough to cover the brown for a while so it will be a nice change.

I've gotta hope that the blocking is strong enough and the Whites dont get another screaming cutter. That flood a week before christmas did a lot of damage to homes, in at least the $50,000 range. There was also a house to close to the Saco that was completely destroyed.

I would just say we have about an inch.

Awful weather for the first half of the steelers/ravens game

My local discussion says 1-7 inches, which sounds about right for Bretton Woods.

From Attitash regarding the opening of their new high-speed quad: "The Mountaineer is operational and ready to ride. However, due to the extensive rain and warm temperatures, our trails off the summit will not be ready for this holiday break. We will be pushing back our Cheers to the Mountaineer celebration."

Was it around 1989/1990 that we had no snow all the way into Canada? My brother is 6 years older than me and he had a school ski trip to some place in Canada and there was no snow- just warm temps rain and muddy conditions. If it was his senior year it would have been 89/90. I feel like we are repeating that.

Ammonoosuc River pretty much shut down Bretton Woods. Waterfalls in Crawford Notch cascading onto the road. Rock slides and road wash outs. Saco River way over its banks and flooding homes

No worse than last year lol
I feel like ever since I moved up here, we just keep having giant rainstorms that destroy all the snow

Coating of snow, now dry slot

Pretty cool temp profile- 50 degrees in Bretton Woods, 4 miles east on 302 at the Highland Center it was 40 degrees, and then it was 35 degrees when I got to Attitash

Yep, we are surround on 3 sides by terrain, which makes for shadowing in just about every set up

Maybe 1/2 or so in Bretton Woods
-
Not much happening in Bretton Woods. On and off light snow, too warm to accumulate.

Just some slush in Bretton Woods. Warm air always flood up the CT River Valley and then down 302 and invades this area. The ski resort reported 2 or so inches of cement. I can only imagine that higher elevations around this area had a blue bomb.

Must be fun to drive down the notch and drop 1000' in elevation and at some point run into a wall of snow (this is Attitrash's cam)
I did rive into it. The rain snow line was actually by the AMC Highland Center before you enter the Notch. I had to go to North Conway. It was pouring in Bretton Woods after 4 inches. I'm driving and I get to a straight away on 302 right before the last little uphill section before the Highland Center. I'm looking ahead of me a few hundred yards and there is a sharp line ahead on the pavement where it goes from black to white. I'm still in the rain driving towards the line. It was instantaneous change from pouring rain to pouring snow- huge aggregates, almost white out. Attitash area picked up at least 8 inches. It snowed all the way through the Notch, and about a mile past Glen Junction. Then it went immediately back to rain and North Conway was rain. My lane of 302 was never plowed. It was covered in at least 5 inches. I did see 2 plow trucks but they were both clearing the other lane. It was a white knuckle drive.

Hey, sorry for the OT, I tried to PM but it wouldn't go through. I have been looking at getting into real estate investing and I'm interested in learning about your setup
