    Man the last time I saw a good snow here(over 4") was back in 2013, no kidding! Thats right around when you moved here also isnt it? Every year since its been half inch to 1 inch lil storms or a total of a half inch to an inch a season lol

    Am not shocked at all by any of this, the real kicker is when the deep south is mentioned to get more(tulsas latest mention for next weeks late storm). Cannot win, oh well give me our 2-4" I guess it will have to do lol

    Im not liking the looks of this at all for us man!! Figures, will we get burnt yet again...probly lol. Really sux doesn't it. Run after run after run looks good then bam, screw you nw arkansas lol. Eh I dont even know what to say, these lil non mentioned events pop out more for us then these overhyped things do haha

    Man this doesnt sound good lol, snow yea but maybe no where near the amounts shown earlier. Is why I am glad I cant understand and comprehend models to be set up for disappointment haha. Plus it was just too early to be jumping all in, who knows...maybe once its sampled better we can narrow things down more.

    Here too, cool isn't it! Been doing this off and on for a while, got a nice half inch or so. Starting coming down fairly thick this morning around 4am!! I think its awesome. More to come lol

    Man its neat seeing the forum so active . How long has it been since we all discussed something like this!!? Im still not totally in but Im excited something good could happen for most of us who have had a crazy snow drought!! On a side note, keep getting these lil micro bursts of snow here...everything is covered again(not that anything melted). Even these lil frizzle events leave me smiling as its perfect snow, cold and and not melting & adds up quickly. Good luck to us all!

    Same, grew up in south Jersey most of my life. Been burnt but those were lil stove burns compared to the forest fire burns I have experienced in this place lol. Most of my memories are from the 80's-90's and big ole noreasters dumping tons of snow at once. Glad I got to witness that type of thing in my time!

    On a side note, fairly misty out there again. Everything has a nice glaze of ice on it now here, not sure how the roads are but the sidewalks and driveways are an ice skaters dream. Sitting at 22 here, nearly 21 which is the forecasted low for the night.

    I'm gonna stay hopeful but yea, been burnt over and over here in Fayetteville lol. And its just so far out still, yea the cold air will be in place thats for certain. Oh please mother nature dont let us down this is our big chance here haha

    I hope something pans out for Fayetteville here with one of these 3 chances upcoming, well 2 it seems now. We seem to just miss everything to the north or the south, need a break in this city for us snow lovers lol. Fingers crossed, do have some light glazing tonight on the grass and trees though

    Hovering between 37-39 here all day so far. Got down to 32.4 last night then this heavier misty stuff moved in after the temp shot up some this morning.

    Pretty crazy, you would think at those temps it would! It gets confusing with the advisories as they cover such a large area, a few friends from bentonville did mention some slick spots too. Odd how things play out here in the south

    Not sure what will play out with all these freezing drizzle events, Tulsa popped a WWA up here late last night but nothing happened lol. Got one up tonight again, too warm yet again for anything here...34 degrees, will probly get to 33 once again lol. Guess we will see what happens with all this stuff and the better upcoming cold air

    Man I was getting rdy to say, Im about rdy for spring lol! Nah too early for that, it really hasn't been that cold at all this winter! Crazyness. We broke the ole snow drought but I would like to see one good 5"+ cold fluffy snow. I'm happy it was cold on xmas eve and xmas day though, that was really awesome

    Man its been so so long since we have had snow in this area I forgot how awesome it is, even when it's not much. I hope we can pull off one big snow event with non wet slushy snow this season. Regardless its nice for a change

    Nothing like an unexpected surprise lil snow event, hung down on my local trail right after the sun set and it started pouring the snow...close to an inch here, snowed nice for about 2.5 hours while down there!!! 20 percent chance of snow showers lol, I love it when things over perform!

    Been snowing pretty good here off and on all day, too warm to stick still but its awesome and welcome to see!

    Switched over here around 2:30 am but I couldnt keep the eyes open anymore. Never amounted to anything though, temp held at 33.4 again most of the night lol.

    That's exactly what I observed all night, hovered right at 32.7 on my outdoor thermometers then as thing let off it climbed and held at 33 all night. Talk about close!

    No snow here man, did have a lot of sleet and rain mix though today off and on! almost 33F lol....quote didnt work, was responding to MoWeatherGuy also
