Looks like warmer times ahead for next week although there is still a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast. Both Mt.Holly and Upton NWS going with temps in the mid to upper 80's the entire week.

Burlington and Ocean Co's have been getting hammered with heavy rain over the last couple of hours, Seeing reports of multiple roads closed due to flooding and houses flooded as well in Burlington Co.

Looks like once again the heavy rain/storm hot spot is the area between Philly and Trenton. Not much going on south or north of that area.

Temps/dew point slightly lower then yesterday here, looks like some heavy rain/storms developing to our southwest heading in this direction. I think today will be more of a heavy rain threat versus any stronger storms, I will hold off on making any comments on the severe potential tomorrow until early in the morning. Current temp 69/DP 66/RH 86% **Currently getting a moderate/heavy rain shower here.**

It looks to me like the best area for severe potential maybe be from about New Brunswick south with heavy rain/strong storms possible north of there. Have to see how the rest of the afternoon/evening plays out.
