I have actually been saying for a little while that if there is any glimmer of hope (as slim as it may be) to see snow it would happen at the end of February and the beginning of March. The problem is if the models start/continue to show a favorable window it's going to take alot before people start buying into it since we have been burned by the models quite a bit this winter. Some probably won't believe it until it is happening and who can blame them.
You can't just base it off of "best looking snow maps". You have to look at the pattern we are in which is not conducive for snow but that also doesn't mean there couldn't be a favorable window around that time that can produce but it's very doubtful.
I am actually starting to look forward to the warmer weather and hopefully plenty of severe weather chances. By mid February I usually start getting tired of winter unless it has been a good winter for cold/snow. I wouldn't mind seeing a few high end storm threats develop though for the rest of February/March regardless of precipitation type.

If the Euro really starts to jump onboard with the 21st potential over the next few days I may become a believer, maybe. Keep expectations low, very low especially at this distance.
It's pretty bad when a moderator tells a forum member he/she is a "shitty poster". I am waiting for MJO to post another 50 times how bad this winter is. I mean honestly he never learns.
Guy, your beating a dead horse. We all know that. Just like you are beating a dead horse saying "this winter sucks" 50 times in every thread on two different forums. Come on I expect better from you.
I know it is a ways out there but do you think we are headed for a hot summer?? I have seen this mentioned by a few meteorologists already including Larry Cosgrove.
