  1. Those severe storms blew. Nice mammatus clouds on the back end though of the line
  2. I don’t hate our tornado chances here today. Maybe not the most likely but anything discrete is going to rotate
  3. Yeah with all the rain your summer basically didn’t start until June. Heck I’ve been swimming here in Columbus since the middle of May, it was noticeable on Memorial Day weekend in Toledo how fresh the leaves were
  4. This weather has been something as of late but looks like it’ll be back to the pool tomorrow with temps in the upper 80s. One thing I will say is this sun angle definitely makes it feel hotter than it is
  5. Helicities are fairly high this evening. Looks like the cap is in place but could be eroding and instability is fairly high. Honestly wouldn’t be shocked to see a potential tornado or two tonight, this isn’t a terrible setup
  6. Rain stayed away in Toledo and even sunshine is out right now. Liking the chances a little more
  7. Lol come on another tornado night? What a year in Ohio
  8. Toledo got some serious wind and hail. Looks like it’s going to bow out into a derecho through the state
  9. Yeah was gonna say dewpoint matters way more than pure air temperature. Instability by definition is how fast an water molecule cools with height
  10. I feel bad for my fellow Toledo and Detroiters, the amount of warmth here in Columbus compared to back home is crazy. Lol my dad actually drove two hours south one day for dinner and mall just to be in 80 degree weather. Unreal how you still have not leafed out completely there
  11. I’ve thought about chasing but SE Ohio has to easily be the worst terrain in the state for it
  12. Agreed. I cannot ever remember a November like this with constant snow throughout
  13. So far Toledo has received 2.5" of rain this month and 1.3" of snow. Haha what a January
  14. That lake temp in the western basin has dropped off pretty nice into the 40s now. Still can't believe it's close to 60 in the two deep spots of Lake Erie. Just a very long and mild growing season
  15. I disagree. While it was pretty humid in those later months, May-mid July was actually a terrific dry heat. Wasn't until late July that the major humidity kicked in
  16. Yes I had a big one fall at my house and about 10,000 were without power
  17. Now at 5" of snow here in Bowling Green Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Currently getting snow flurries off Lake Erie. So so rare for NW Ohio to get LE but it looks like even an inch will fall over towards Port Clinton Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Lot of accidents out here in NW Ohio. The fog was so bad in town in BG I could only see one stoplight at a time
  20. You should see it out here bud. To see almost every river except the Blanchard hitting a Major flood stage with top 10 all time crests in June is crazy to see. These fields with poor drainage have essentially turned into lakes with many farmers losing quite a bit of crop Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah April was nuts as far as lack of rain but we have received quite a bit this week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Officially hit 91 here south of Toledo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
