was just checking that....beautiful fall weather but really dry. It's a decent trade off but at some point would like some moisture. If this is a sign for winter that when we go into a good temp pattern it goes dry then let's just skip to spring please

Someone who works for me lives in Sarasota and they have decided to ride it out. They live in zone D at 27' above sea level. I have a bad feeling about this one.

I have a conference Sunday to Tuesday down at the national harbor i must say they've done a nice job down here. Growing up in PG county i never could have imagined a view of the Woodrow Wilson bridge would be nice. Spectacular evening down here.

Ugh I have two co workers who live in Sarasota the flooding from normal rain has been getting worse there over the years. After Helene and now this it could be catastrophic for some.

One of my customers in the southeast is Ingles Market and they are based in Asheville. Their entire warehouse was under water and they have several employees still missing. Tragic situation going on down there.

Nearest station to me since my local guy called it quits is in NW Prince William county and they have 4.70" for the month of September. I'll probably say a little less here since a location several miles east is only at 2.92.

Well...not sure I could ask for a better start to the Vikings season...Flores defense is legit for now and KOC is in a groove calling plays. I was hoping for a 1-2 start 2-1 if lucky because of home games 3-0 never crossed my mind. Twins collapse is a turd in the punch bowl but what can you do.

Got home from Alaska early this morning...the air quality and temp differences are quite noticeable. It was an awesome trip and I'd highly recommend going...there is just so much beauty out there.
