    Take a look at the site linked below. They manufacture residential freeze dryers and claim that with a little water and heat the food tastes like it has just been made.     I'm trying something that I haven't seen in Tennessee. Planted a self pollinating almond tree, that according to the catalog will grow in this zone. Hopefully I can keep the squirrels out of it and get a crop in a few years.
