Take a look at the site linked below. They manufacture residential freeze dryers and claim that with a little water and heat the food tastes like it has just been made. Here's a tip to help in viewing the eclipse. Buy a pair of shade 14 welders glasses. At that shade it is safe to look directly at the sun with those glasses on. Sent from my LG-H901 using Tapatalk

August 21, 2017 will be a once in a lifetime event for most of us on this forum. Much of middle Tennessee will experience a total solar eclipse. Looking forward to this, and just 2 years to go.

I'm trying something that I haven't seen in Tennessee. Planted a self pollinating almond tree, that according to the catalog will grow in this zone. Hopefully I can keep the squirrels out of it and get a crop in a few years.
