    i dont get it--for Loudoun the temps is between 32 and 33 the entire storm...with precip that heavy--how can that be all rain?

    this would be heartbreaking...if the heavy snow turned back to heavy rain as storm goes away. thats 6 inches more if it stays snow

    I don’t think March will be flukish. Even the most anti weenie Twitter Mets are acknowledging a major saw coming. I could see us getting a foot storm in March with temps in 20s haha .
