I signed up for the 2 hour virtual basic spotter training on May 6th, the 2 hour virtual advanced spotter training on storm science on May 7th, and the two hour virtual advanced spotter training on Radar on May 20th.     I feel like to have healthy green grass all summer long here from May through September I need a real threat of flooding every 3 weeks and at least a 2-4AN rainfall, but mostly that each 2 week period doesn't dip below 0.3", as long as rain overall is normal.
