  1. Choose your poison. As far as I am concerned it does not matter and death is preferable .
  2. You are right to a certain extent as I see any true severe weather being north but don’t underplay the boundaries set by yesterday storms. As cashtown low rain total indicates storms seem to follow a pattern this summer laid out from boundaries of the previous storms. Plus there is a nice breeze today and an a whole lot of gasoline just sitting here. I doubt we see wind damage like previous days but don’t count out storms dropping copious rain. .
  3. There isn’t ever going to be more fuel than what is current in this atmosphere .
  4. The CAP has to be insane right now with those levels. As soon as something breaks it it seems like a cascade effect takes hold. Those storms came off the mountains yesterday hit here and blew up like an uncontrolled nuclear explosion .
  5. Are we getting storms yet again? Anyone have the CAPE values cause I bet they are insane .
  6. Here’s the other camp hill station that runs hot cause placement. I’m 2 blocks from it .
  7. 79 dewpoint. I bet we are hotter with higher dewpoint and HI than anyone in southeast .
  8. I have rarely seen dewpoint this high with temps this high as well. This is basically hell for me. 5 min walk and I’m drenched. Had to sit in front of a/c. But I was wearing all black. What’s astonishing is I could run in this, light color shorts, no shirt and do a few miles easy .
  9. It’s 90, dew point 75, HI 101 Yesterday the worst it got was 98, dewpoint 81, HI 117 .
  10. In camp hill I hear constant thunder from storm to our south. Seems any storm today is going to produce copious amounts of lightning .
  11. This is just horrible. Why in gods name do we have a dewpoint of near 80 with upper 90’s. It’s like we are on some seaport on the Persian Gulf .
  12. People forget just a few years ago we were 18/20 years with above average precipitation .
  13. Somehow I think those last two days when it was 89 felt just as bad as the 102 .
  14. September 1953 was an interesting month. Talk about beginning and ending heat...jeez .
