A cool one across the UP this morning.  Low of 37 here but many locations are sub-freezing. Cool spot just NW of me on the Yellow Dog @26.

57 @ my place and my sister has a heat index of 105 in mid-September and she wonders why I never visit.

Low of 46 this morning... might be able to squeak out a 60 today.  Point has 37 tonight for my location.  Will probably see some patch frost especially if things go a degree or two colder.  Frost advisories for Iron, Gogebic, and Baraga where upper 20's could be seen in the coolest locations.  Interior portions of Marquette County will likely see frost too but advisories for this County are geared heavily toward the city.

October 15th

Cool, crisp upper 40's this morning with upper 60's this afternoon under sunny skies.  A fairly average day for mid-sept.  Trees are really beginning to turn quickly.

74/52 very comfortable. Sitting right on the edge of the lake breeze boundary pushing through, so likely it’s the high for the day.  
leaves progressing. Peak on average at my location is around  September 25th - October 4th.

I forget the year but I've seen snowflakes on September 29th before.  5 inches on October 5th one year as well.

71/58  this afternoon with wall to wall sunshine. Just a picture perfect day. Seasonal tonight with a point low of 49. This is why September is a top 5 month of mine. 

Only managed 65 today with low clouds and spotty sprinkles.  A lil bit of a dreary day... weekend looks nicer.

Overnight rain beginning to taper off.  Received .62", more than all of August.  Temps in the upper 50's this morning should top out in the low-70's.  Slight chance of a few more showers later in the day.  The rain was sure welcome.

49 for the overnight low here... 40 at the yellow dog.  Looks like another nice day with only a slight chance of showers tonight and tomorrow.  Endless 70's in the forecast.

A nice slug of showers and storms over N WI and the S UP early this morning missing all but the far southern tip of MQT County.  Otherwise, clearing skies on tap with a high in the upper 70's.  Should be a really nice day with dews in the upper 50's to 60.

MQT in Negaunee broke a record today with a high of 89.  Starting tomorrow, 70's for highs until Labor Day when things cool back into the upper 60's.  Nice stretch of weather but dry af.

Rain did not materialize here AGAIN, only a few hundredths (.64" for the month). Currently 77/70, a warm and humid end to met summer.  

Beautiful morning with a low of 46, even a few spotty showers around dawn. Great stretch of late summer-early fall weather ahead after some much needed weekend rain.

even monster Nino falls stand no chance against the greater overall pattern shift towards warm and mild falls. 

I’m all in for a mild/warm fall. No need to rush winter but I do consider summer over up here September 1st regardless of temps. Leaves are well on their way, sun goes behind the trees on the hill mid afternoon. The look and feel of summer has faded.

Should be a nice breezy day in the upper 60's w/ lows tonight in the low 40's.  Not much rain materialized over the past several days, It's pretty dry.  I've had a hummingbird feeding frenzy for about 2-3 weeks then seemingly overnight they're gone.  I'll leave the feeders up another week or two for stragglers.  Sure sign that summer is over in the northland.

NW Montanna-Coastal Louisiana-W Wyoming-Mountains of WV and many other places.  But will likely die here looking out the window watching it snow. 

Cool early fall weather up this way today.  Should only see low-60's for highs with gusty north winds off Superior.  Mid-30's to low 40's depending on location tonight.  Some areas will likely have some patchy frost in the interior.

Nice night for sleeping with the doors and windows open.  Low here of 47, 50's closer to the lake with some mid-30's in the traditional cooler spots (36 Doe Lake). Sunny low-70's on tap today with another cool night before some rain hopefully arrives later this week.

Upper 40's for the low here.  Have only had .25" of rain this month but surprisingly not even AD on the drought monitor.  Will probably change with the next update.  Fairly seasonable this week w/ a couple cooler nights likely.  Averages for this area are 73/53 and sliding quick.  The dry weather may cause the leaves to give it up a bit early this year. Changes are already visible in the higher terrain areas.

Stayed in the upper 60's all day w/ some drizzle and fog from time to time.  Seasonal weather this week with the possibility of a sneaky cool night Wednesday.  Point is already 45.
