I've been listening to people in northern Maryland whine for a week, I can probably express concern once or twice that dewpoints are still in the teens and twenties 30 min after precip was forecast and the air temp is close to 40.  Every hour we lose in a low-rate storm counts.

those plumes show it raining on Wednesday.  like early Wednesday.  and my guess based on climo and what's gone on all winter is that if we have rates, we'll be snowing.  if we don't have rates, it will be drizzle.

Finally restarting with moderate rates and flake size.

No flake of any size in over an hour.  These mythical Winchester bands are sliding north and/or disappearing.
