  1. She’ll be back soon with another hot summer.
  2. The coast actually was close to jacking here. It was more from marshfield south that had some issues. I think Logan had at least 17”. Had almost 20 here. The tides were the biggest issue. Pretty much unprecedented flooding, surge higher than blizzard of 78. Luckily we didn’t have the wave action otherwise the coast would have been devastated. Unfortunately the real devastation happened two months later. One of the most powerful nor’easters I’ve witnessed. Was mostly rain though.
  3. Even the early Jan 2018 “bomb cyclone” was like 950ish I think.
  4. If nothing comes out of this, please delete my account.
  5. Near our latitude? Pretty sure never?
  6. Hopefully the 6th turns into more of a coastal.
  7. Just sitting there drinking and watching river ice
  8. Definitely some Gulf Stream dawn awakenings there. RIP James.
  9. You have two people saying it’s not back to back. Never admit you’re wrong. It also helps to look at a model for once.
  10. It’s not back to back. It’s like 3 days apart if it even happens.
  11. Oh man a wet dream for all. Cold and snow.
  12. Verbatim, and I want to emphasize verbatim… That’s high latitude blocking with the cold in central in Southern Canada.
  13. That actually might be decent for us as a battleground.
  14. Yeah i liked seeing the coastal looks in there as the SWFE looks were a bit warm. Hopefully we can fire up a secondary quicker.
  15. There’s a couple of decent storm signals on the EPS. That time on the ninth through 11th especially.
  16. Mannest of man obs ever. Peak wind I think was like 72kts shortly after
  17. Will be mostly gone by tomorrow aftn
  18. What do you there? Eat a lobster roll and stare at the ice floating down the Kennebec?
  19. Everyone goes back though late next week.
  20. Gfs scrapes SE areas with a biggie and then the southeast is frozen solid. Impressive.
