  1. Actually the dew down and cool down on gfs this week is not accompanied with rain verbatim, we will see how that progresses. We then return to warm and humid again Friday into the weekend before an even stronger push of dry and cooler weather comes in day 9. Looks like we have stepped down from non stop summer and dews to a 3-4 days of dews and 2-3 days of COC kind of pattern which is typical for Mid-August.

  4. Ya that was wild classic microburst on velocity scans 60-70mph widespread on radar. Trumbull Monroe Shelton and Derby all got hit hard hundreds probably thousands of trees down.

  16. GFS is pretty alarming for mid to late week several more inches of rain likely - possibly widespread with the convergence over us in between the upper level low to the west and Bermuda high . PWATS through the roof
  17. Unreal 22.90” since April 1 and 10.02” since June 14.
  18. 9” of rain and counting in the gauge in the last 21 days. Wild after a very dry first 2 weeks of June.
