While floating down the lazy river at Laguna Splash Water Park with my two-year-old, we saw the brightest bolt of lightning I have seen in a long time. We then had to evacuate. I did in fact, not, dodge the storms.

While there may not be an outbreak this afternoon/evening/tonight in Oklahoma, North Texas, and Kansas, there may be body counts.

Need to dodge the storms tomorrow. Basically any free time I have the summer is going to be used trying to get my money's worth for tier 2 passes to Delgrosso's Park/Laguna Splash in Tipton. I just saw a picture of a road being stripped away. I think the NWS is afraid to pull the trigger on EF5s post Moore, but El Reno, Mayfield and Rolling Fork were probably EF5s and this is probably pretty close, too.
