  3. Should be a quick hit here. Some thunder. A gust or two
  4. The new James is like Bizzaro world. In the main Dorian thread you were very cool headed and held your own. Congrats. It will be a nothing burger here but east could be interesting
  5. He has assisted in rescues in other storms in the past. I doubt he would expect anyone to come save him. Not my cup of tea but I think he is overall adding to our common knowledge base of these storms. More than me at least
  6. A tiny, depraved minority. A huge majority are psyched
  7. Those twitter responses are mind blowing thank the gods he is safe and can help get aid sent to the area
  8. About head level. Someone walking on the road could easily knock their noggin on it and get a surprised. I think this means no snow
  9. 65F. 0.05”. -RA I had my daughter take a pic of the nest while driving past it.
  10. We did a nice walk with the dog this morning around 8AM. Mostly sun at that point. Quickly filled in. Got to see a huge bald faced hornets nest right beside the road. We will be walking on the opposite side until heavy frost comes or the neighborhood kids have some fun
  11. Where my sister lives in NW RI makes my podunk village look bustling. Those woods are thick and gnarly
  12. I’m actually shocked they could get that video out.
  13. Great Abaco will be devastated. Good luck to Josh and all of the residents
  14. Great start to the month. Some rain Monday and later in the week. Late summer early fall temps Yore. 48.3F this morning
  15. BOS looks to have finished at +1.9F (data from yesterday not in there yet) ORH was +0.5F Big fail on my forecast but I loved it. Wish the pool was warmer. I might take an icy plunge today just to get some September swim time in.
  16. August was really spectacular here. Granted, I was out of town for 9 days, but the data supports my statement. Much lower dews and temps than I thought. Lots of bluebird days. Lawn is in amazing (if overgrown) shape. House isn't manky, tomatoes up the wazoo (47 tomatoes from one plant so far and continuing to pic!) Let's do this again in September
  17. Some great fossil deposits around there too
  18. ORH At +0.3F +0.31” Pretty much normal
  19. 0.75” in these parts. No big deal.
