Beautiful pic, Nice salmon chop on the lake too...........
I was hoping for a little ice as it was 18F, but persistent chop from the northwest killed that.

um, excuse me sir, but TT clearly stated just a couple hours ago that we should stop using the "T word" because it causes us to be too emotionally invested.
When I think of an individual who gets too emotionally invested in a potential storm, the first person I think of is Darth

Hats off to cmp for getting power restored, at least in our hood very quickly. First outage was 3.5hr and 2nd was 2hrs. Ordinarily, we'd be powerless much longer. Probably had to do with all the out of state line workers that were still here from last weekend

I've been without power since noon yesterday, so no cap-tipping from me

Flipped to snow here at 9 under the heavier echoes. Coastal front setting up right over me, might be in for a surprise inch or two here.

Would expect a deeper understanding from a degreed Met that going down 10-20 degrees worth of temp departures is not worth doubling down over… and then using a snow cover map to show nothing changed?
Like busting out a snow cover map in April or May when it goes from highs in the 40s to highs in the 70s and 80s and say nothing changed.
I'd like to see proof of this

I mean it had to come out for winter anyways sooo
Yeah, it's like halfway there now.
I went out for lunch during that .. drenched from restaurant door to the car, wind blowing the rain sideways. Felt like one of those reporters in a hurricane.
