This Virga in Arlington is so bad. Been moderate on the radar for hours now.. .

To me this seems like a storm that the mountains will dry out. No moisture coming from gulf and progressive flow usually kills us. .

Been snowing steadily in Martinsburg WV, since 9am. Only sticking to grass, temps marginal. Should have a couple inches by now if it was a little colder. .
