  1. "A" graded winter IMBY. 12" snow and sleet from the big January storm, but could have been 18"+ if it stayed all snow. 12" for the blizzard but I wasn't here to see it, places to my East got 20"+ and the blizzard conditions didn't seem to materialize in northern Delaware. It's an A+ if we get 18+ from either of those storms. A bit picky I guess lol.
  2. I was disappointed to be in Europe and missing a blizzard warning, but it looks like Mt Holly busted too high in Pike Creek, DE, at least according to my cameras. My flight home was cancelled so I can't get home today to measure. Doesn't look like anythint huge compared to the big numbers in NJ just a bit east. So seeing the gold medal hockey match was the winning play in every way for me!
  3. Glad you are seeing good rates in the blizzard and she's gonna get spun up even more. I had a fucking blast in Milan! Sad to miss the blizzard but seeing the gold medal match was insane!
  4. I'm in Europe watching the Olympics! Thrilled to see the gold medal hockey game tomorrow but I fucking called this storm would verify because this was the one time I didn't want it to snow! Had to postpone my trip home lol
  5. This is absolutely happening because I'm over in Milan watching the Olympics and am flying home, theoretically, on Monday. It's locked in because in this one, extremely rare possibly first time ever instance I don't want the snow!
  6. Guaranteed this is gonna happen because I'm traveling and flying home on the 23rd!
  7. Measured an average of 10.5" of snow + sleet in Pike Creek, DE at 7:20 PM.
  8. Nam was right in the amount of sleet that would mix in, but the front end thump was a lot more than was forecast.
  9. Forreal. Well it's definitely put a lot of stuff on the ground, and 10+ inches is the most we've gotten here in over a decade. But the blockbuster accumulation was juuuuust a couple of degrees away at 700-850 millibars
