  1. As we've preached before, definitely fine to look at these runs from here on out. No one should be looking at an individual run. Track the trend of the run as it corrects to a solution. You'll get a great handle on what's coming between the HRRR and RAP if you follow it correctly.
  2. Honestly, how dare BOX hoist no blizzard warning for Suffolk County. I am appalled. On to next winter.
  3. Good example of that was the lingering steady snow after last storm stacked. Elongation of the ULL made all the difference. Everything is unique.
  4. I have the same nagging feeling from early this AM, but would not be surprised if this comes in hot at 12z.
  5. Yup, exactly what I thought. Models probably chasing convection east like every other storm this year?
  6. The early (fool's runs) of RAP say, 'just a foot, hah!' More like 2-3' would be incoming on that last run I looked at.... Just took a peek for fun.
  7. It doesn't make sense (not picking on ya). Only scenario E MA sees that little, Cape would be destroyed. It suggests Cape mixes. That's just a pile of crap. But I don't think BOX is really all that concerned about that map. Looks model generated.
  8. That NAM banding page almost suggest we see a burst of some pretty damn good snow. Then all of a sudden things go bonkers east of ORH from New Bedford, to BOS, to Ray. He's been dreaming of it for years so I hope it happens.
  9. I was speaking in regards to some of the astronomical amounts being thrown around it just doesn't seem like a slam dunk.
