  1. We got a new member of weenie nation! #1 rule post the map with the highest total over our area.
  2. Despite this amount of rain and hitting 45 degrees and 46 degrees the last 2 days, snow depth remained intact. I think that last storm was most amount of QPF I've seen in a synoptic event here. A general 7-14" across Erie County.
  3. A ton of moisture on its way tonight https://weather.cod.edu/satrad/?parms=subregional-OH_RV-comp_radar-24-1-100-1&checked=map&colorbar=undefined
  4. At work just staring out the window. I love when the snow cakes the trees. Really beautiful when you get these wet snow events.
  5. Dendrite size increasing. Around .5-.75" with occasional 1" per bursts rates.
  6. Feel pretty confident everyone is getting 10-20" from this. Exceeding expectations here already with over 4". The real stuff doesn't get here until this afternoon and then the lake enhanced fluff on top.
  7. Will be up in the Adirondacks for presidents day weekend. Going to hike Sawteeth mountain, check out the ice caves, and ice skate on the frozen lakes/ponds. From recent hikers there is around 3-4' of snow on sawteeth peak. Might have a chance at 5-6' up there in a few weeks.
  8. Yeah players would never tank. They don't get to the big show without giving 100% each and every game. They're all really competitive. Management on the other hand...The Sabres and Coyotes tanked in 2015 for McDavid/Eichel. And the Maple Leafs did for Austin Matthews. It was pretty blatant too.
  9. Look at that train of snow to the SE, definitely getting a foot as ratios improve.
  10. Another 1.4" overnight so 2.6" storm total with light snow. Very easy to measure this stuff pure slop.
  11. Just wiped board 1.2” so far. Very granular snow, not conducive to adding up fast. Definitely using 1:10 for this one.
  12. There will be a dry slot before wave 2 but there should be some redeveloping as well as it moves NE.
  13. Still a 8" snow depth here despite 2 days straight of 40s and had to be 1/2" of rain tonight. That last storm had crazy liquid in it.
  14. Definitely had cozy vibes. Ya'll are making me want to go there this week.
  15. Was my moms favorite restaurant growing up. Used to love playing the games on the table and the checkers in the store connected to it. I loved that place.
  16. Here is approximate changeover timeline. I would think it would be in next 1-2 hours for you.
