  1. Ha. Yes, we say south of Morehead even. Bet ya a round of beer at a gtg I may eventually go to within the next 10 years.
  2. That you’ll be shocked if it makes LF south of Hatterras.....don’t play with guns if they loaded.
  3. Deff. An awful event unfolding from multiple angles.
  4. A blue Rockport, TX shed would suffice though.
  5. The clustering has packed into SC and lower NC, sure. Either way, regardless of LF....where it parks itself is the bigger story for big floods.
  6. Ukie was also way south to start, not trusted. Last several eps runs keeps moving the mean south. Seasonal trend of a strong persistent WAR, your fave.
  7. Euro into Myrtle Beach and eps agrees:
  8. Head south wink wink. gfs and icon only one supporting that lol. Even the new shiny fv3-gfs is the NC/SC border.
  9. It was brutally wet for most west of EMA and south of NNE. If you have standard working hours, you had a really hard time finding acceptable outdoor weather after work, and several weekends were washouts.
  10. Yea I need/have a ride own but they do have electric ones now too. But I wasn’t thinking mowers....more like edges, weed wackers, and even power washers.
  11. Yea and just think 3 months from now, we’ll be back to being naked.
  12. Yea. I don’t think the Cap Hatt LF then stall off the coast makes much sense but at this lead time, it doesn’t mean it’s a bust by the gfs. IF we get inside D3 and it still shows something like that when the end result will be, for example, Charleston....then yea, thats a bust. We all know DT loves to hammer the gfs anytime he gets the chance but he’s a little hammer happy so far.
  13. And the eps shifted south. DITs favorite met:
  14. I said ‘cooler’, not a ‘cool pattern’. Want to get that on record so when it’s 74/60 at BDL one day DIT won’t lose control of his emotions.
  15. But it’s not just the eps. Everything is pointing to a shift to cooler temps and dews after the cane leaves the continent.
  16. How long it meanders and where is the big problem. If sustained cat2/3 winds are prolonged twice or three times more than your typical eye crashing onshore at 10-12 mph, then it does becomes an anomalous setup.
  17. Nothing has changed, south of Hatteras LF....so you will be shocked. But lets hope for the SE though it doesnt stall for too long.
  18. Even with clouds and on and off light drizzle, it felt good getting yardwork done without fainting from heat stroke.
  19. I wonder if the landfall stall for days will turn this into a smaller SE version of Harvey. Euro spits out 12-24” over NC and VA.
  20. This doesn’t look that anomolous. Cat2/3 LF.
  21. Anybody have electric/battery outdoor power equipment like backpack blowers, weed wackers, etc? I’m trying to move away from gas and all the maintenance and mess. I read Greenworks has solid equipment, some say even comparable to gas.
  22. Close call man. I fear light strikes ever since I was 20 yards away from a ground hit a few years back. I hate severe.
  23. Everything’s been trending south, ridge is beastly. gfs and gefs tossed.
