We’re thinking about doing a huge reno because of the rates and how much above water we are. Plus my son will be out of daycare come Sept yea buddy. $1200/mo back in the pocket. But, the constuctions costs have skyrocketed so it practically washes out the advantages. Crazy times indeed.

There isn’t enough transparency in the US market. Hwang was invisible with swaps until it crashed. We need a Euro like rule where the party bearing the economic risk of an investment must reveal its interest.

Get into other cryptos have that more long term stability. Cardano or Stella are cheap. There are others. Buy like 50 coins and then look 10years from now to see if your kids colleges are paid off from a $100-$200 gamble at the crypto casino. Also coinbase gives you free coins when you watch their videos. Impossible. Like mathematically, it just doesn’t make sense. If they think $10 is within reach, the math says for that to happen the market value would be higher than China’s DGP...which is insane.

.67 now. Because it doesn’t have a limited supply and is therefore inflationary, it can only go up so much as it devalues itself. Anyone who was lucky enough to get in at a penny or so and possesses 6 digit coins should think about an exit strategy as it approaches $1....cash out the retirement money before greed overtakes reason.
