    This was just added This Afternoon A chance of freezing rain. Cloudy, with a high near 32. South wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. Tonight A chance of freezing rain before 9pm, then a chance of rain. Cloudy, with a temperature rising to around 40 by 5am. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
