    ROADS HAVE BEEN BRINED

I actually saw an Alexandria pickup truck hauling a buffalo of ice melt, driving over bike trails and brining them before the Potomac Yards construction got out of the way so they could brine Potomac Ave.

I THINK Arlington already brined the Fort Scott Drive ski slope... er, hill.

  2. The last time I was at the store, one cashier was telling another about how her SO was tracking three weather radars.  I warned her not to let him sign up for weather boards where almost everybody was rooting for GW 79 redux.

Euro seems to be the best case scenario right now. Low end warning snow/sleet then dry for I-95 immediate suburbs, big storm US 15 west.

EDIT: Give it a 50 mile east shift and everybody wind bigly.

PLEASE drag the UHI boundary over me into Crystal City, so the rest of you can enjoy the s*** and surface by St. Patrick's day.

And then March, when you can get our withered corpses out of the house...

I am a warminsta, but I'm hoping for a below-normal snowfall (at least at DCA, the rest of you can cash in).
