Yeah, to reiterate 6z Euro is quite meh SOP and after parsing the GFS more closely it did slightly dry out a bit compared to some of yesterday’s juiced outputs. Hopefully it doesn’t continue to dry out and trend to basically a fropa as well. This is a SNE centric viewpoint, NNE still looking good IMO

There’s work to be done. You want weaker srn stream, but then lose the juice for precip behind the front. Not much room to “win.”
So it’s an analfront?

Seems as though the Euro ticked a touch cooler and the GFS a touch warmer. Models beginning to converge?

Yup, writing was on the wall as soon as I woke up and saw the SLP location and the orientation of the heavy banding. Back this way, we never really got close. Looks epic out there fellas. Enjoy.

No ground verification here, despite supposedly being in one of those bands. But radar suggests we may see some improvement soon. I’ll believe the 2-3”/hr rates when I see it though.Definitely picked up a bit here in Meriden, visibility decreased, wind increased

I feel for those out west. Those more eastern solutions are definitely more correct. Just look at where the low is
Yup, low pressure center is clearly outside the BM

Visibility creeping up here…

Oh damn. Didn’t realize that was your location. I’d feel pretty good in your spot that Far East relative to the rest of CT of course

It's obvious to anyone who doesnt block out any negative information. This is a 395 east storm.
Not seeing too much hallucination/denial though? everyone is embracing it, for what it is, for the most part.

That by the post office? Down by Monahan's and sea wall?
Yeah that’s the post office adjacent to the town green

Ryan doesn’t seem too impressed for any heavy banding reaching 91 corridor. Just said on air that area struggles to hit double digits. Hopefully we get a bit of a positive bust. I’m enjoying this however, can’t complain. It’s blowing, it’s snowing, good enough for me.
