  1. Does nothing but drain your wallet from oil bills and dries out your skin
  2. Been 10 years since DC seen 12” or more of snow
  3. Here’s mine lol NYC - 1.8” ISP - 2.7” AC - 6” DC - 9.5” BOS - 0
  4. We have to hope the cold air coming in Friday isn’t as strong as forecasted. Less suppression
  5. They’re concerned like many others with suppression
  6. I will wait until Wednesday/Thursday to take the threat serious. We saw the flip flopping last storm
  7. I just have a hard time believing suppression won’t come in to play. Gut feeling is mid Atlantic see some snow
  8. Do you think LI sees single digits? My noaa forecast has me down to 6 Saturday night
  9. When was the last time we had significant snow with it being that cold in the tri state area? I feel like when it’s this cold storms always get suppressed to the south
  10. This weekend looks like we could see record breaking cold
  11. I always found it hard to get decent snow in the NYC/coastal sections with severe cold. Best events are always in the upper 20s low 30s. how low are the lows really going to be next weekend?
  12. I’m in Riverhead right now and judging by the radar you think we’d be getting an inch an hour nothing but white rain
  13. Very light snow central suffolk. I’d be surprised if we make it to 2”. So much for eastern areas doing better lol Thank goodness for the snow this morning
  14. Not trying to be a Debbie downer but it really doesn’t look all that impressive. I mean in comparison to the rest of the radar. , yeah but overall I think this will be an underperfomer. 3-5” for my area is going to be hard to reach. I have maybe an inch from this morning. Let’s see
  15. Hoping that back by the time that back edge in Eastern Pa exits we can atleast end up with 1-2”
  16. I’m a little concerned with the radar for my area. Unless this develops later on
  17. I wouldn’t buy into that completely. It’s very rare for montauk to do better than western Suffolk
  18. NW Suffolk seems to always seems to jackpot in nearly every storm. I think this will be no different
