Just measured 3.5-3.7 inches in Owings Mills

I had a Snapchat memory come up from 2 years ago today, playing in the snow with my dog. Funny 

In the last hour here in Owings Mills we’ve picked up over an inch. We’ve been in this secondary little band for a while now and it’s ripping 

Heavy band smashing Loundon county rn, making its way east into MD 

I think the low temperatures were a little overdone. I’m sitting at 31

Roads and sidewalks wet, maybe a half inch on cars in Owings Mills.

Coming down good in Owings Mills, cars covered

They did remove the wording in the advisory that said isolated amounts of 5 or 6 inches is possible. Just says 2-4 now.
