  3. MPV would be more representative of Stowe than BTV maybe they are similar thou I know where PF works along Spine of N greens would anomaly wise be represented by mount Mansfield

  14. I usually add cardio to my routine this time of year , but running isn’t really wonderful on the body next time at a gtg I would challenge you to a 100 yard dash , if I lose I’ll buy the weenies beer
  15. I think Rev would see his forecast accuracy improve if he added in a few 30 min strength training routines. Probably sell more to his Dilfs if he filled out that khaki shirt as well
  16. Stretching is a real commitment. I do barbell hip thrusts With 455 x6 and SLD with 245 or so but I can pull a hammy just joggin to third . I don’t want to be like the Chris sale of my softball team but I have to certainly warm up my legs prior to any activity as opposed to just not giving it a second thought when I was younger

  18. Most folks who workout in the early am use weenie weights or like you say do cardio . It’s more effective for fat loss to do cardio before carbs hit your blood stream and jack up your insulin levels The guy wearing 3 sweat bands doing squats with a 10 lb kettle bell on a bosu ball who doesn’t want to “get too big” gyms are packed in the late afternoon and evenings
  19. For the cost ..it was worth a try .It was a professional ad ..with the idea of weeding out the “non serious “ .I’ve been doing this for 22 years ..I’m used to all sorts of interesting responses .
  20. You should have seen the response I got when I posted on Craigslist for Personal training sessions to try and get a few more private training hours on top of the studio I work at . Frightening but humorous One ..gentlemen asked if i minded coming to his home “gym” where he would turn the heat up really high and instead of weights wanted to do “stretching using our bodies” and instead of 60 mins requested 90 mins
  21. That is dedication . I often half jokingly ask the ladies I train Wednesday am @6am why the hell they workout at this awful hour . I’m very motivating on my one early am shift...
