    GFS same time: Just comical, seriously, as there must be some kind of frozen precip in there but look at how we warm in CNY, lol, get me out of this horrific Winter already.

    This FV3 is completely nuts as it has us at 5" by 12Z Thurs?? Isn'e every other model seeing rain? Or did the models just all of a sudden get colder? 18Z my bad

    Lots and lots of time yet and the one thing I don't like is the EPS keeps lowering snow totals for the 10 day time frame so thats a bit disconcerting to say the least! I'm gonna run with the FV3 and hope for the best, lol!

    We all better believe the 1" of liquid forecasted for the area for rain the next 2 days will definitively come to fruition but when snow is forecasted, we always have to sweat the track and profiles, every friggen time!

    You see that Blue Circle thats encompassed by green, yeah, that would be Me, Brian and Phoenixwx all in one, lol! What a horrific yr for snowfall WoW, WTF! We got a lot of catching up to do thats for sure! We can do it!

    Campus is West Oswego, Oswego Proper and North got crushed by a tea kettle band that sat in the same place all day, lol. The gradient of Snow is ridiculous around here, for real! Cars we're parking in the Marina as there was a snow emergency, just crazy stuff Lake Effect is!

    Euro is a complete shit show for the next 15 days with temps making it up to the mid-upper 50's at times with lows above freezing, lol!

    It can actually be higher right now. Its real easy to measure when your in the middle of one of those kinds of bands as winds are calm in the center. Its just an incredible weather phenomenon that will amaze anyone who gets to experience it!

    Man o man that is one serious band right there and how I wish I had a vehicle equipped for such harsh conditions. Maybe one day we'll see one of these bands down here by us, yeah right as we have a better chance of seeing a Hurricane than we do one of those bands, lol!

    Hey Wxwatcher, now your in a real LES band, not what you experienced a couple days ago as this is a whole different beast right here. Easy 3-4" rates in the middle of that band where its real calm and its just pouring snow and accumulating fast!!

    We might see a few flakes afterall CNYwx, lol may be a coating to an 1" before a taste of early Spring arrives!

    Don't let Wolfie get your hopes up CNYwx of seeing a few flakes cause as soon as soon as the band just about gets here, its gonna shrink back to the Lake, lol!
