Well it held out long enough for us to get a good part of our yard sale in that said I began watching the radar like a hawk after my last post and we got everything inside just before it began to pour so thats a homer,,,,,,,,was and still am hoping we can get part 2 of the yard sale in tomorrow but it looks like Mother Nature has other plans

I just looked at the radar ps New City Rockland County checking in and I see a few things popping up as I type just to my west ,,,,,I hope it holds off until tonight

Yard sale is underway,,,,,,hoping the rain holds out til at least 2 pm or later ----- people began coming to buy stuff at the crack of dawn, lol

we have a yard sale both days this weekend ugh,,,,,,,,hoping that the rain holds off Saturday until 4 pm or later but we shall see,,,,,and Sunday looks like it starts out wet and again we shall see ,,,,,fingers crossed here

we needed some rain but man this is ridiculous and the radar looks unforgiving 

New City Rockland County checking in,,,,,we have outdoor activities today and It looks as if my area wont be outta the the rain woods until noon = do you peeps think there's a chance that this rain ends for good here In New City before noon or are we begging ? Imo the rest of the day afterward we will be able to get in

A little help guys,,,,,I started staring the spindles on my deck rails today and I want to do the tops of my rails BUT whats with these dark clouds that just showed up as there was about zero chance of rain when I started this earlier today and tomorrow Im looking to stain the deck with no rain in site until Wednesday but is it gonna shower tonight or soon ????? WTF

you know as well as I do, there's a cap for urban areas when it comes to March, we haven't had a double digit storm in March in many decades.

3-6 inch storm sure and once a decade maybe even an 8 incher.  Based on how the winter has gone, even that much may not be in the cards this time around.

 

Liberty,,,I agree and personally as I have said before  -- I realize that it can snow in March but personally once March gets here I am done ( and I luv the snow as much as anyone ) as snow in March is gone a day later

New City / Rockland County and I am at 32 degrees and there is a lot of slippery slop out there
