  1. The CMC is very identical with its counterpart the RGEM
  2. I agree with that number. I'm hoping for 2-4 here before it changes to ICE
  3. 12z GFS with an absolute clobbering for central VA Sent from my SM-N981U using Tapatalk
  4. GFS coming in colder. Starting to cave towards EURO , snow hammers @Buddy1987 , with the axis of the heavy stuff more southeast this run than 0z... but still the heaviest is Roanoke to Lynchburg
  5. RGEM keeps me between 28-31 for most if not all the event...
  6. This thing could trend colder you guys....
  7. Yeah the GFS pastes you , the EURO actually ticked south a small bit at 0z... still not where the NC Folks need it to be
  8. Man , it's lights out on the CMC .... over an 1" of ZR around Greensboro, with a couple inches of sleet near the NC/VA border
  9. 0z CMC is a significant winter storm for northern NC, southern va, Central va
  10. Yeah very subtle differences ... moved the more significant snow slightly north
  11. Yeah man , just comparing the EURO/NAM for your area , you go from around 10"+ down to 0 with the NAM
  12. Yeah this run of the NAM is definitely a step back... no snow just ICE
  13. DT has his first outlook map out. Pretty aggressive...
  14. Theirs a shortwave in New England that has trended stronger , thus seeing the storm trend a little south... maybe @griteater can chime in and detail it more...?
  15. 18z EPS Control went south from 12z fwiw Sent from my SM-N981U using Tapatalk
  16. 18z EPS Mean, slight shift south from 12z. Been fairly consistent Sent from my SM-N981U using Tapatalk
  17. Yep! I'm upper southeast/lower mid Atlantic. I'm in the middle lol
  18. With the 18z euro taken verbatim , I would get about 4"
  19. Comparing 12z EURO to 18z EURO , not huge changes. Sent from my SM-N981U using Tapatalk
  20. I believe you are in a great spot , if trends continue, that forecast will change from snow showers to heavy snow.... for my area just SE of there in Dry Fork , I would need it to keep trending south... but if I get a few inches before it changes to ice , I'll consider that a win
  21. Roanoke gets plastered by the 18z GFS , geez , over a foot! @Buddy1987
  22. Taken Verbatim the RGEM drops 9" here , then changes to IP/ZR
  23. Right , that's why I said the EURO was out of range but the other guidance and trended somewhat south... hopefully it will continue and be a strong CAD
