  1. i coached softball for a looooooooooooooong time. Spring always sucked
  2. Must i keep reminding you its baseball season? I'm going to the Senators game Easter Sunday. I'll take sunny and 75 please. I'm tired off the F-ing wind. Once again my patio furniture is blown over and i lost more shingles from my ridge cap. Y'all laugh @candersontalking about the wind, but i don't ever recall it being like it has the past couple years.
  3. so I'm hearing a Tornado touched down in Lycoming county last night. Lairdsville?
  4. I'm surprised by this. It sounded like your end of the county was getting smacked by the radio traffic on the fire radio.
  5. I was actually on a call when this happened. The storm had been over for awhile when this happened. Lit the sky like daylight.
  6. looks windy later this afternoon. might be interesting
  7. you do know its Baseball season, right? And the Senators are in town Easter weekend, right? Now stop this snow talk
  8. 59 and 57 Saturday and Sunday. Sounds good to me. Clothes will be on the line
  9. I'm told it was from a snow squall. Schuylkill County I-81 20+ vehicle crash. Mass Causality incident. Multiple people trapped and multiple vehicles on fire
  10. Ironic i just came upon this on my morning reading Leadership First3,469,745 followers1h • 1 hour ago Four months ago, I was standing in line waiting to cash some items I picked up at the supermarket. A manager stopped one of the guys on the floor and said to him, in full view of everyone in the waiting area, “how could you forget the stuff I asked you for? You don’t use your brain.” I felt pretty awful for the guy because the lady’s tone was very disgusting, and anyone looking on saw the embarrassed look on his face. According to Lolly Daskal, the moment you think you have the right to belittle others is the moment you prove you have no power. People tend to make others feel how they themselves feel, whether it’s great or small. The way a leader labels, judges, and values the people around them lets us glimpse into their personality and even their self-esteem. Leaders who have high standards for themselves and others continually learn how to improve their performance and their team’s. They see opportunity in situations where others see setbacks and lead others positively to create an atmosphere of respect, helpfulness, and cooperation. On the other hand, people in leadership positions who always use negative and critical labels against people show their own inner emptiness and lack of self-esteem, which is extremely detrimental for any organization. 11. I did. So sad. The one Trooper was also a volunteer Fire Chief. I have names for her. i've said them in my head a couple times.
  12. I don't understand peoples need to make others look bad. The name calling is through the roof. Cracks me up really. I guess its easy to name call when you're not face to face. Not many, if any would have the testicular fortitude to do/say it face to face.
  13. i was under assumption rain later today/Thursday.
  14. What a horrific phucking crash on I-95. Killing 2 Troopers and a civilian
  15. It does, however I'd really like to get the Parade in.
  16. i was just checking Saturday out for severe, as the Parade is tomorrow in Harrisburg,
  17. I know. my point was if we stayed permanent on the other time, spring sports would be affected. 75 yesterday. It was great to get outside to work out, then hydrate with a ice cold beer
  18. Same I'm a morning person. from the time my alarm goes off, i spring out of bed singing. My lunch is packed the night before, so i shower, throw my lunch in the jelly bucket and out the door. i am at work 30 minutes after alarm goes off.
  19. If you push back to much, there may not be a season. Its different now from when i was boy playing baseball. When we signed up, we were committed, from the start of the season, through allstars if you made it. Today, if a kid has a hair appointment or your friends are having a swimming party, screw your teammates. Our family vacations (if we even took one) were planned around the season. Now, vacations are first.
