  1. Yes nice and steady..decent snow growth too. It’s beautiful, and on the first day of meteorological Winter..what timing.
  2. Precip is definitely much more evenly distributed compared to yesterday’s spiraling of the models, but they look to get double our 1.00-1.50” QPF...at least on that Euro run.
  3. What happened to all the capture and stall ideas...that’s gone, and we just await the organizing of the Miller b system now?
  4. Looks like upstate NY arent the huge winners anymore on that Euro clown map..still do well, but things are shifting.
  5. The look in real time is Not impressive at the moment...
  6. Ya, the first surprise is that everyone, in the interior at least, was supposed to start as snow. That isn’t the case at all; so that’s surprise number 1, from round 1 lol. More surprises to come I think....but yes, it’s cold out there for sure-colder than forecast.
  7. Radar for this first thump heading NE is not impressive at all..shredded look. If this is round 1....it’s going to disappoint. Unless the precip fills in as it heads in?
  8. That UKIE QPF map is a crusher for everyone.
  9. That’s a ton of QPF for everybody...if 3/4 of that is frozen, that’s a big hit.
  10. First flakes and pellets have begun here in Southington.
  11. That guy from Plattsburgh, NY thinks it’s great...
  12. Some echoes overhead, but nothing breaking through yet here.
  13. Ya...it sucks to be left out, I hear ya. We don’t even know how this all turns out for a lot of us here?
  14. That looked beautiful for here..and got most of SNE. You’d think it has a clue at 24 hours out...!?
  15. I’ll take my 15” and be very happy! Thank you GFS.
  16. Radar currently looking unimpressive heading up from the southwest for round 1. Let’s see if it blossoms more in the next few hours?
  17. Lol..they supported us when we were in need, then when modeling drastically improved, they dumped us like a bad habit.
  18. Not even close to what it was. And I did say that there’d be subsidence zones...but not that whole state bologny. It just didn’t make any sense to me, so that’s why I said as much.
  19. Yup...last November had some serious cold. Yes..got very little sleet with that, right at the end for a bit, but then right back to snow mix to end it. It over performed here imo. Best storm of last winter for sure.
  20. Definitely not last year’s November storm in my opinion. That was purely a SWFE. It was pretty straight forward starting on Monday afternoon last year, and ramped up consistently On the modeling right up to go time. I picked up almost 9” from that November storm last year. That was a good storm.
  21. ASOUT. I knew that sucker hole -for the whole state- was BS on the runs. That made zero sense. Sure they’ll be subsidence holes in areas, but not like that was showing.
