Wiz, with the way everything is so convoluted…I wouldn’t take any model output for 4 plus days out with any credibility. Gonna flip flop all over the place.
Silly post…in fact it’s quite the opposite as Will just said it’s a mess on guidance. So many shortwaves in the flow, it’s impossible to see what transpires. But go with the “nothing doing” idea, it’s definitely you.
Yes sir. I guess I meant snowcover. So they have cover, but yes things are thin and would be exposed. Some clubs rolled some of the trails last week(Red Arrow in St. Agatha did to pack down the snow they had). But ya..if they can pick up 8-10” on top then they’ll groom and work that nicely.
Actually, they have snowcover/probably 3-6” on average in most spots. These are from yesterday in Allagash and Fort Kent. So if they get a good dump on top of that…that’ll be a nice set up.
It’s a great lil northern town though. Some really nice folks too.
I do my snowmobiling in that area and north of there. So if they’re gonna get dumped on on Wednesday, that’s great news for me. Hope it pans out for them.
What a total DEBBIE. It’s 6 days away…you don’t know what it’s gonna do, or how it’s gonna trend. The -NAO may continue to push more cold in? God you’re insufferable.
I wouldn’t be worrying about that at this lead time…so many things yet to sort out. Let’s see what it looks like by Tuesday/Wednesday before we fear suppression. We need the block so let’s see if it can play in our favor…
Thanks Will. It’s a good look coming up…I have no issues waiting a bit. December is always precarious here in SNE. Sometimes ya get hit..more times ya don’t. Climo is quickly swinging in our favor too. And to be fair, it isn’t even winter yet officially.
Ya I agree…they’d have to start adjusting to what that ensemble(EPS) is showing, if that image has a clue…which being a 114 hr prog it certainly should.
