Heat ramped up this afternoon. 97 and humidity peaked.

We picked up a new cabinet/pantry/bookshelf thingy from our Amish builder guy in Meyerstown and I didn’t sweat moving it. So yea it’s not horrible yet.

Just a heads up Governor Wolf is going to announce some reopening cutbacks later today. Mostly related to bars/restaurants and any business that can telework.

Eh it's not really important. All that's important is we are basically up on the backend of the heat and sledding down the hill toward much more fun weather.

For some reason I thought we actually hit peak max values a few days before the solstice and historically it levels off and then decreases once August starts. On a side note one of my favorite things to do is look at September average temps. It's such a start different from Sept 1 to Sept 30!

Rest of July looks like a sold 5-10+ degrees above normal. Hopefully August we get back to normal.
