    The post-mortum model discussion would be interesting. They all failed in their own ways, the RGEM might actually have nailed the precip band placement better than any others. But the whole forum got in some snow (which our NW crew got double-digits ugh) and that's pretty rare so win-win!

    I measured another inch this morning after 7 pm last night. I’m saying 13” for me in midtown HBG.

    So last night the NWS upgraded Boston’s WSW iirc to 18-24” (might have been 12”-18”). They won’t get 2” out of this storm.

    So I’ve not paid any attention for like 6 hours. CTP says Harrisburg can get 2-4” still? It’s nearly stopped here now.

    We made it home - prob the worst driving we have ever done. We were at the vet for 2 hours and I measured 2.5” on our car when I brushed it off before we left. I measured 12.2” at the house but that might have a bit of blowing snow on top but I feel pretty safe saying I got a foot

    Sorry I’m praying for it. That was a harrowing drive and it’ll be much worse after dark.

    We made it to the emergency vet safely. Let’s hope we have less than a 3 hour wait.

    Yup, I picked up 1" in 45 but it actually got heavier after I took that measurement. IF this keeps up until sundown, hot damn.

    Took 45 minutes to get 1". Very impressive rates.

    SN+ in Harrisburg. This is 1.5-2”/hr stuff.

    I retract my earlier post about radar. I don't see how MDT doesn't end up with at least an additional 3-5" this afternoon.

    That flip from sleet to snow was WEIRD. It was like a layer of sleet came down then a layer of snow. It's ripping pretty good here - moderate snow at least. Sauss gonna have to shovel again soon lol

    Looks like the sun wants to pop out here now. Am I crazy to look at radar and see no way MDT gets into any heavy band? We're in the pivot and I don't see how that moves to get anything decent here.

    Been dry as a bone for the past 45 minutes. Just did all my shoveling - it's a good 6" here I'm calling it. Won't be shocked if we get shut off mostly for the coastal, but this was a great storm to track.
