I don't get nervous in the woods much but the winds are something else. Have my headphones up to 11.

Ugh, the last thing we need are gray squirrels with the attitude problem of the red squirrels. The last few times I tried to scare off a red squirrel, the damn thing got all jumpy and spastic and started coming towards me.
Red squirrels are nasty. There seems to be more and more of them.

Yikes! It was nice here. Didn't know Northfield was on the coast.

How can you say that we will not have any more snow in March ? It's foolish.

Today will probably be the warmest day in the next 10.
Take your '70s and run. Actually doesn't look too bad next week. They've backed off the heavy rain amounts here. Connecticut can keep it.
Luckily, given the progressive nature
of the front, ensemble probabilities greater than 2" of rain remain
below 10%, with ensemble probabilities of >1" of rain in the
ballpark of 40-50%, highest across Connecticut

Yeah, November 15 to December 15 can be rough. In April, at least in the valley, we can do real well on those downslope dandy days.
I can see that. Few and far between here. When you do get a nice one it's glorious. Tomorrow maybe.

I’m not a big November or December guy. Windy, chilly, spitting rain, cloudy and dark. April can have some real nice days. It was pretty nice middle of last April. Though I don’t live near the coast. 65 here Tuesday!
I guess I should have prefaced . I've never lived far from the coast. I kind of like November and December. Thanksgiving and Christmas, and anticipation of snowfall.
