    I use it year round. Let it heat up for 30 minutes before cooking so the stone is hot and it will only take 2 minutes to cook your pizza. This may have been my coldest cooking weather but it didn’t see to affect anything. .

    It may be 20 on my porch, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have pizza for dinner. .
