New snowfall averages

Now that we have all of 1981-2010, we might as well discuss.......

If I calculated right, the average for BWI is now 20.2", up from 18.2".

But since a lot of our snow came from blockbuster winters like 1996, 2003, and 2010, the median is only 15.5"

I haven't done the other cities but you can figure out DC right here:

DCA's 1981-2010 average is 15.5".
