Recommended Weather Data Analytics Tool?

Hello All,

I am not sure which forum to use for this question.

I have detailed daily data for my area from 1894 to Present. I have in in an excel file and run pivot tables to do analytics. However, does anyone know of a tool that can use this data to run queries and get returns such a quick search that will identify the highest and lowest monthly temps by month and associate the year in the output. Either my limited pivot table skills or function limitations don't seem to allow the association in pivot tables. I get simple ranking lists.

Any help or direction would be most appreciated!
