Watch out with 1888! I agree with you 100% in regards to all the other but Pam schooled me good on 1888. It apparently was measured more correctly then we think.

 

 

If your reference to Pam is the same Pamela of the 6000+ posts I'm sorry to hear that. I was growing very fond of her in the 20 hours I have known her. However the measurements regarding the blizzard of 1888 may be our undoing. You cannot study pictures of Manhattan in the aftermath of that storm and convince me that only 21 inches of snow fell. If she does choose to explain her side hopefully her explanation will not be to prolix.
