I thought it'd be helpful to have a thread with links to various models, sounding, etc.  Feel free to add more.

NCEP Model Site (NAM, 4K NAM, SREFs, GFS, RAP) --> http://mag.ncep.noaa.gov/model-guidance-model-area.php

 

Twisterdata (GFS, NAM, RAP) --> www.twisterdata.com (Note:  Large variety of information displayed on color maps)

 

Meteocentre (GGEM, RGEM, UKMET) --> http://meteocentre.com/models/models.php?map=na〈=en (Note: GDPS is GGEM and RDPS is RGEM)

 

Soundings:

• Twisterdata --> when you're looking at a model run, click on the map for the area you would like a sounding for
