Understanding and converting UTC to EST/EDT

There always seems to be confusion about this every year, especially by people new to following the models and what time they come out. here's a helpful link:

To expound on that:

0z NAM usually starts coming in around 8:45

0z GFS usually starts coming in around 9:45 or 10

0z RGEM(sorta think it's like the canadian NAM) comes in usually around 10

0z NOGAPS is usually fully in around 11

0z GGEM is usually fully in by 1 AM

0z ECMWF is usually available by 2AM on it's website and on plymouth.

Thanks Queencitywx! This is very helpful - I had lost this info from last year and the old board. Perhaps it should be stickied? I can see this issue potentially popping up quite a bit as time goes on.
