Through midnight this morning, Martinsburg had recorded 16.86" this meteorological spring. This surpasses 1952, which had 16.66," and 1975 at 16.40." 2008 was the only other spring that exceeded 16", at 16.17." Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
