We're losing the 5-8 threat, slowly, but surely! All rain through the 8th and just looks like a frontal passage, at the end of a runner!! It was fun while it lasted! Surely a 300 mile jog south, is only 6 hours away!

How did you get the obelisk , to have your birthday on it?My wife and I took a short ride and stopped at the NC Field of Honor in Kernersville. A tasteful and quite impressive site honoring NC servicemen from all branches, all wars.

I reall like anything but rain in the winter! I know the results can be disruptive, but it is also natures
"pruners", if you will! Bringing down weak and damaged tree limbs, and sometimes whole trees! That and sleet on the ground for a nice crust, can make for some awesome sleddind!
