    Another 1.25” of precipitation yesterday, 2.5” in the last 48 hours, still plenty more streaming from the south..

    Much needed inch of rain today in Altmar, about 1.25” total since yesterday.. More on tap over the next couple days.. A prolonged stretch of unsettled weather will feature locally heavy rain Tuesday through Wednesday evening. Rainfall amounts during that period will likely range from 1 to 3 inches, with the highest amounts east of Rochester and toward the Tug Hill. Training showers and thunderstorms could locally produce higher amounts. Localized flooding may be possible

    Man we just can’t catch a break In Oswego county, all precipitation “dries” up or slides SE every event..So much for 80% chance of heavy rain with 1”+ of rainfall..Still in the process of moving and my property up in Altmar is absolutely bone dry, even more so then Fulton..

    So it’s official, as of yesterday I own a home in Altmar (will be fully moved in a couple of weeks), unfortunately for me I have been dealing with some health issues (of course it has to be now), hoping to start trending upwards and contribute a little more often.. Take care guys...

    Happy Easter everyone!! Last nights 10 day Euro...     Looks like we may become semi neighbors lol Got 3 walkthroughs next week in northern Altmar about 4-5 miles SE of the salmon reservoir...My % of moving up there has greatly increased, the woman loves that area, which is all that matters

    Took my 1st trip up north today, doing some real estate hunting..Yes I did manage to make it to Redfield and yes they have a ton of snow on the ground, phone was dying so pics were limited lol Amazing difference from town to town, made it over to DT Pulaski and they have more ground then snow, even less then Fulton has..The Altmar-williamstown-Redfield area all had a good 1’-3’ feet on the ground, I would place odds at 50-50 I make it up in that area..haha

    Btw euro is now a Wednesday night into Thursday storm, so still plenty of time to sort it out..Oh an it has another snow storm on Saturday night/Sunday..
